SYDFYN SYMFONI took place at the abandoned ticket office at Svendborg Banegård : as with its predecessor SYDHAVN SYMFONI, we opened the doors and invited for conversation with anyone who dropped in. We listened to thoughts, memories and visions, and collected ideas for how to use the empty space from the citizens of the city.

During one month, the empty rooms where filled with ideas from the citizens of Svendborg: a gallery, the living room of a (lonely) dolphin, the inside of a clock, a bar from the past, a room with a constant full moon, an eavesdrop-romance on a phone and much much more

The installations were build from recycled and found materials, and the soundscapes where interactive, so that visitors could play on/with the scenography.
